  2. Agreed. I dated single mothers back in the day. You will meet the kids relatively quickly, often because they live with the mother, they are there quite often. If the woman is into the guy, they will alter time frames and boundaries.

  4. Yes, there are lot of desperate men who will “seek out” single mothers, and they are not doing it because they have a burning passion to raise kids that aren’t their own. They are seeking easier access to sex, or worse.

  5. I would not even recommend pursuing for sex. It is rarely that simple, and they will not be adverse(often), to adding to their brood. Men are better off maintaining their integrity, and steering clear. There are so many risks.

  6. Their children come first.. except when it comes to staying with the man that impregnated them, which is what is undeniably best for the child.

  7. They love hard… except for the guy they had kids with. These are low level women, who ended up as single mothers for two reasons. One, they chose to procreate with an “obvious” loser, and two, they kick decent men out of the house for frivolous reasons.

  8. I do not think they should even be concerned with dating. The last thing children need are random men in and out of their lives, and homes. This is a result of not staying with the fathers of their children. There are legitimate reasons for single motherhood: widowhood, infidelity, abuse, severe neglect. But “combined”, those factors make up a small percentage of single mother scenarios. Stay with the men you have children with, and only do so within committed relationships.

  9. There are a ton of single mothers who were single when they had children. The only way to turn society around is to cut that nonsense out. Parenthood should “only” occur with actual couples, preferably married, who plan the pregnancy.
