@stache1954 Actually, he is and forever will be not guilty. But you notice how none of the discussion was on the sentencing framework itself? You notice how no one is discussing the actual evidence? @MiracleFound I was actually talking about why the judge was removed. The cause of action had nothing to do with changing his verdict, the girl claiming she was assaulted, it's that the accused was innocent and remained in jail for 4 months. That was the review courts decision. Learn to read.

Yes I know, we as a society consider a woman that says yes and changes her mind, puts herself in that position, gets drunk with the male, lies, innocent and not in violation of the law, pretty sick really. Just like we justify a Trans Woman sleeping with a man without telling the man "she" is in fact a man.
