The Judge should allow clear taxpayer waste and conflict of interest? The judge should allow a person in a position of power use taxpayer funds on their friends, relatives, people they are sleeping with? The judge should allow people be paid differently (and less qualified) depending on whether they are sleeping with their supervisor? Since you have SO many examples and the best you can come up with is "he separated families" which does not violate the Constitution and when you go to jail, you don't get to take your kids with you now, if you are a US citizen, but you keep trying. The "law" you are discussing applies to legit asylum and legit asylum seekers and in the first Country they arrive.

The Treaty I am aware of makes that application only for those legitimately seeking asylum and under the terms asylum can be sought and that must be done in the first country they reach and at a port of entry. Further, the Supremacy Clause applies to the courts, and States and lower governments, NOT the executive in that manner, so the "sanctuary cities" are the ones actually violating the supremacy clause would be lying snowflakes like yourself that need immigration so mommy doesn't make you clean your own room or mow the lawn.
