  1. IQ testing and psych assessments should be mandatory for anyone running for any civil positions of power. This would disqualify 99.9% of current Amerlcan police. American law enforcement is a magnet and safe haven for sociopaths and psychopaths and each department is set up as a local branch of a gang and is a law unto itself, with no accountability to any regulatory body. It’s also the reason right wing sociopaths are always barking about “state rights”. They want to get away with whatever evil they wish without being held accountable to any higher body. No different than an abusive husband who tells people “what goes on in my house is my business!”

The core and driving force of everything they believe is they are self serving and do not care whatsoever about who is injured, exploited, endangered or killed by anything they want, as long as they are satisfying themselves they don’t care at who’s expense. They are monsters among us
