The entire responsibility of weaponry is on the armourer. That’s the whole point of them being hired. Actors have no business “inspecting”, handling or manipulating anything on weapons. Their only job is to act and follow any specific instruction from the armourer. When an armourer hands over a weapon they have signed their seal of approval on its safety, readiness and suitably. The entire responsibility is on them. End of story.
