He does not need Congress to approve any more funding, he just has to state he will follow the laws already on the books. Biden is importing votes and bodies for House representation numbers to change inside Democrat-run cities and the Blue States. This has to be the biggest liar and false speaker besides Hakeem Jeffries. They both act as ignorant as they look with the way they speak only in selective information that evades the root of the corruption and try to convince you that they are telling you what is best for you. Don't listen because they will never tell you the truth.
