I can't assume what the jury will do or say, and I won't tell them what to do or say. I can however say they should put themselves in the position of the other potential victims who could have been hurt or killed, and ask themselves if they would have appreciated the assistance Daniel Penny provided, to prevent this person from creating more mayhem in that car? I hope there is some testimony from those who were in that car, but I can't see miles away and am not sitting in that courtroom, so I can only guess what the defense attorney is thinking.
