Merrick Garland is mad because he was not recommended as a Supreme Court nominee by Trump and that is why he went after him and may just now go after Biden, but I doubt it. It depends on who is pulling his strings now that Biden is no longer the favored boy for the Biggest Idiot the Democrats Ever Nominated. Democrats do not want him to run, and the throat-cutting has begun.
