  8. Each State needs a DOGE department that comes in from an outside source. That way the coverups are discovered from independent sources and not from those who will only discover what they don't gain from.

  13. Have you seen the lawsuit filed against DOGE that names the defendants as "J. Doe"? Those are the operatives that are in on the coverup that they don't want to be named except by the "J. Doe" reference so they cannot be identified.
