He would be running against Tim Kaine (D). The other states listed that also have Democrats who supported not impeaching Mayorkas by backing Chuck Schumer are listed here. Check for your state and tell them that failure to impeach a traitor is not acceptable.

Biden had to visit Puerto Rico 1st. They may not even know who he is, but he allocated a lot of money for them before even thinking about visiting a Republican Governed State.
Puerto Rico is a US territory and not a state, so its residents don't pay federal income tax unless they work for the US government. Even so, workers there pay the majority of federal taxes that Americans on the mainland pay — payroll taxes, social security taxes, business taxes, gift taxes, estate taxes, and so on.
Bet you didn't know this: I didn't
On January 4, 2017, Puerto Rico's new representative to Congress pushed a bill that would ratify statehood by 2025.

@ProGamer-zm5ow Could it be considered treason to you if the following applied?
This is the actual text that defines Treason:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Pay attention to the part that says: "adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason"
If Chinese fighting-aged men are coming in by say 50,000 at any point and they are released by China to come in unchallenged, are they not considered an enemy? Is that not treason? We may trade with China, but they are buying land and sending people here without challenge, and only the Chinese government can allow that because they cannot leave China without express permission from their own government. What type of government is China? <<<----I'll answer that part The government of the People's Republic of China is based on a system of People's Congress within the parameters of a unitary communist state.

@Patricia-kh3bg I've been stating that for 3 years now, and yet our Congress with Schumer as the Democrat Majority in the Senate will never let anything happen because of loyalty to his party which is utter BS.
That is exactly the definition of TREASON.

They (FEDS) are raising interest to cover an expense that they made themselves by loaning money to the Federal government, or in actuality themselves, and charging the expense to the taxpayer at a higher interest rate for Federal monies spent. The government, meaning us, has to pay that back with interest. See how that works?
The money would not have been needed if the government had kept their noses out of things and let businesses keep their doors open. They would get more back had they not diluted the economy with money that requires more tax dollars to repay because it has higher interest attached to it. Thus inflation is the result. Spending more is INFLATION, not the answer! See how that works?
We wouldn't have to catch up on anything if the government only spent what it takes in. Pandemic spending was unnecessary and some of the people getting it still didn't pay their rent with it, and to this day have not paid that rent back. How is that good for the economy? Trying to account for money that was distributed during the pandemic and not being used for that specific purpose is like trying to catch a bunch of pigs that broke out on a farm, you will never catch them all. You can try, but do you think the government can justify 87,000 new armed IRS agents to do this? More expenditures are not the answer, less government is. Think about that one.

Accuse the Democrats of this: They have no argument that would support what is happening at the border and want to appear as if they don't see it, they can't be held accountable for what is happening. Plausible Deniability
Excerpt from the Law Dictionary:
Plausible deniability is defined by the dictionary. But it’s not technically a legal term defined in any legal documents. Which makes it a much looser term than it sounds. On top of that, plausible doesn’t mean trustworthy, possible, or even likely.
Plausible means you could conclude that something might or might not be possible.
But usually theoretically, superficially, or suspiciously. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a “reasonable” conclusion, either. In its broadest sense, the term usually points to a lack of proof. After all, innocent until proven guilty is the backbone of our legal system.
So if there’s no proof, it’s plausible they could deny it.

Why do you think they are again wanting to replace the House Speaker? If Hakeem Jeffries gets in as speaker they will hold an impeachment hearing on Joe Biden and free him of any treason charges which is what he is committing going against the country and the voters.

8 U.S.C. § 1323 (2015)
§1323. Unlawful bringing of aliens into the United States
(a) Persons liable
(1) It shall be unlawful for any person, including any transportation company, or the owner, master, commanding officer, agent, charterer, or consignee of any vessel or aircraft, to bring to the United States from any place outside thereof (other than from foreign contiguous territory) any alien who does not have a valid passport and an unexpired visa if a visa was required under this chapter or regulations issued thereunder.
(2) It is unlawful for an owner, agent, master, commanding officer, person in charge, purser, or consignee of a vessel or aircraft who is bringing an alien (except an alien crewmember) to the United States to take any consideration to be kept or returned contingent on whether an alien is admitted to, or ordered removed from, the United States.
(b) Evidence
If it appears to the satisfaction of the Attorney General that any alien has been so brought, such person, or transportation company, or the master, commanding officer, agent, owner, charterer, or consignee of any such vessel or aircraft, shall pay to the Commissioner a fine of $3,000 for each alien so brought and, except in the case of any such alien who is admitted, or permitted to land temporarily, in addition, an amount equal to that paid by such alien for his transportation from the initial point of departure, indicated in his ticket, to the port of arrival, such latter fine to be delivered by the Commissioner to the alien on whose account the assessment is made. No vessel or aircraft shall be granted clearance pending the determination of the liability to the payment of such fine or while such fine remains unpaid, except that clearance may be granted before the determination of such question upon the deposit of an amount sufficient to cover such fine, or of a bond with sufficient surety to secure the payment thereof approved by the Commissioner.
(c) Remission or refund
Except as provided in subsection (e), such fine shall not be remitted or refunded, unless it appears to the satisfaction of the Attorney General that such person, and the owner, master, commanding officer, agent, charterer, and consignee of the vessel or aircraft, before the departure of the vessel or aircraft from the last port outside the United States, did not know, and could not have ascertained by the exercise of reasonable diligence, that the individual transported was an alien and that a valid passport or visa was required.

Actually, if you do some research he is more against AI than for it, so is that what you are saying, bring on more of it so you can be controlled by AI? It isn't called ARTIFICIAL Intelligence for nothing. You do realize it depends on who develops AI as to what it will become, right? Would you rather have Elon develop it with constraints, or Mark Zuckerburg who calls Elon a Specieist?
Pay attention to the last line of the extracted text because you must understand the controlling factors of the hierarchy want it to be under who's control?
Posted from a Reuters Article: (Grammar errors left intact)
Musk said there was need for a regulator to ensure the safe use of AI.
"It's important for us to have a referee," Musk told reporters, comparing it to sports. The billionaire, who also owns the social media platform X, added that a regulator would "ensure that companies take actions that are safe and in the interest of the general public."
Musk said the meeting was a "service to humanity" and said it "may go down in history as very important to the future of civilization." Musk confirmed he had called AI "a double-edged sword" during the forum.
Zuckerberg said Congress "should engage with AI to support innovation and safeguards. This is an emerging technology, there are important equities to balance here, and the government is ultimately responsible for that." He added it was "better that the standard is set by American companies that can work with our government to shape these models on important issues."
More than 60 senators took part. Lawmakers said there was universal agreement about the need for government regulation of AI.

Pelosi and McCarthy are both from California. How good is that state faring compared to others? I seem to remember a whole lot of people are flat moving out because of some of the legislation they are passing. I used to live in San Fransisco many years ago and I wouldn't live there now if they bought me a house and paid for someone to maintain the landscape around it. I also lived in Monterey and I can almost guess how that city and those surrounding it are doing considering all the news that doesn't get said. I don't want to move to Florida either but I love eating gator when I visit.
I am not saying McCarthy is as corrupt as Pelosi, but a lot of his actions do show he does think along some of the same lines as she did. People keep complaining about the need to drain the swamp, and some of the older delegates are just that, swamp creatures who have been there entirely too long and keep things going the same way it has for far too long in the wrong direction. I'm not a politician and I'll call a spade a spade. Biden was in way too long to be effective as a Senator, yet people voted for him anyway to lead this country, and look at where that has put us. He did nothing as a Senator so why would people think he could be better where he is now.
Trump's nomination by Gaetz as a speaker will not hurt anyone because regardless of your personal feelings towards him, he gets things done. The swamp creatures do not scare Trump like they do the others because he is NOT a politician, he is a businessman and our country is an extremely large business. We don't need a repeat of Pelosi bringing Bills to the floor that only she could benefit from. We need someone who will listen and bring multiple Bills up from both Parties for lively debate and get this country back on solid footing. We are headed over a cliff at this point. We are in deep debt because of this last Congress voting for the last two budgets and the boat could easily be bailed if something actually gets done to control spending. For the past two years, the Republican representatives could have stayed at home all year for no more than Pelosi would do with their recommendations or comments. Half the time she wasn't doing anything herself except trying to get an appointment as an ambassador not considering that her salary paid her to be there as Speaker. Perhaps she should have read what the job responsibility was before taking it because she did a terrible job carrying out her responsibilities and yet she was voted in again and again in California.
If we keep encouraging what is currently going on then we may as well just close Washington D.C., it isn't a state and we still keep 50 stars on the flag. Leave it to the criminals on the streets, because we don't need them in our government the way it is running right now. Weakness breeds weakness, and I'm sure I am not the only one who is sick and tired of the idiots who are doing nothing for this country when they are all only looking out for themselves and not us. There is a time for politics, this ain't it!
My rant will not change anything but it makes me feel better. It comes from cognitive thinking instead of all the spammers here on YouTube that continually post nonsense here that pertains to nothing except they disagree because of their party lines and refuse to accept common sense will always win. Lies are easily exposed, and it may take longer to get to the truth, but sometimes it also pays off to wait for the truth.

Ozempic is a drug that once you start it you have to take for the rest of your life. Now, who is fooling who? You, Senator Schumer, are just continuing your lying patterns and only highlighting what you think people want to see, but you have been in BIG Pharma's pocket for how long now? You, Sir, are a liar; I didn't expect that to change. I would never vote for you, even if you were a Republican. You are a fake politician who cares for only his best interest, but those who vote for you are lifting their veils, and eventually, they will break the habit of just picking the worst to legislate for them such as you.

That is actually the Vice-President's oath, the President takes one much smaller.
The vice-president-elect is sworn in first, and repeats the same oath of office, in use since 1884, as senators, representatives, and other federal employees:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Around noon, the president-elect recites the following oath, in accordance with Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
...and if you notice the current President has no intention of standing behind his word, and the Vice-President can't even read.

I am not ruled, but I get your point. They work for us and those that fail like Raskin, Mayorkas, Biden, and Schumer should all be charged with treason because they are all part of it and endorse the failure that Biden started. That list of names is not definitive, but they clearly come to mind considering the ruling yesterday to not even bring this to the Senate floor for a trial. Corruption is evidently easy for liars, but hard to hide in this information age. People just need to stop being the government's slaves and think they can do nothing about them. There are Senators whose seats are up for election this November and if anyone continues to vote for Democrats because of their loyalty to the party they are just part of the problem that everyone sees but chooses to ignore the obvious party problems. Those seats that are coming up for election or replacement are available online and if my state had one of these losers in office, you can bet they would be campaigned against.

@haroldmcguire9552 How do you figure his statement "I am a senior who leans on Medicare and on social security, but I realize we need to do something about sliming them down." is sociopathic? It appears all he is saying is that things need to be cut back everywhere, and government waste needs to stop. Medicare and Social Security always get hit no matter what because they never keep up with continuous increases in prices by the insurance companies and retailers that control so many portions of both. If a recipient gets an 8% Cost of living increase, the first thing that happens is the cost of services increases by the same amount, so there is no gain to the senior getting the increase. Zero copays are a joke, because where you get those you in turn just get charged higher rates against another part of the coverage provided for in Medicare. The game is rigged. Increasing salaries and minimum wage doesn't solve anything either for those still working because when you get a higher salary, someone has to pay that increase and corporations will pass the cost on to the buyer at the retail level. So again, the game is rigged, because you just pay your salary increase right back in higher cost as a consumer and possible reduction in the workforce to compensate the loss to the corporation who must come up with the salaries to pay you.
Sociopaths, by definition(note below this), are the ones sitting on their fat behinds and drawing welfare and stimulus checks from the people who are working and expecting to get the same benefits that those who worked for them are getting.
Definition of a sociopath: Antisocial personality disorder, sometimes called sociopathy, is a mental disorder in which a person consistently shows no regard for right and wrong and ignores the rights and feelings of others.

@paysour3 <<<---"...You've got it backwards the system was set up to be exclusive so you can stop playing dumb."
Yes, you can stop playing dumb and listen to what was said. Merit and performance deserve promotions and advancements, not because you are female, black, transgender, or whatever pronoun you want to apply to being WOKE. Color does not make you better at all things any more than being female, yet people were promoted in the past based on those criteria, and limits were recognized at one time as a need to get educated or train harder for the next round. You are not halfway there yet to understand merit. Try again with a better analogy. Getting a trophy for attendance is not a reason to advance someone into a position of authority because they have more melanin in their skin or they can have babies. You are qualified or you are not. It is not hard to understand that failure comes from advancing those who are not qualified because of color, gender, sexual proclivities, or any other WOKE agenda, simple.

Never got through the Senate. Schumer (D) ensured it never came to trial without bringing it to the floor. The other Democrats in the Senate endorse him and some are up for election this fall. If they are in your state remember what Mayorkas is allowing under Biden and with the support of the Democrats (both House and Senate) and vote them OUT.

@bethmoore4694 Agreed. People would be surprised to find out how much management gets from your charitable donation. Just look up two, and that will be enough to convince anyone. Salvation Army (Bell Ringers, by state) and the International Red Cross. Between the two the CFO or CEO's bring in a salary to live comfortably on.
As of June 11, 2024, the average annual salary for a CEO at The Salvation Army in the United States is $82,146, which is equivalent to $39.49 per hour, $1,579 per week, or $6,845 per month. However, the average pay range can vary greatly, by as much as $45,500, depending on factors such as skill level, location, and years of experience. For example, as of July 7, 2024, the average annual pay for a Salvation Army CEO in California was $73,981, while in North Carolina it was between $89,063 and $109,964
Red Cross:
As of June 2024, the average salary for the CEO of the American Red Cross in the United States is $82,146 per year, or $39.49 per hour. However, the pay range can vary widely, with salaries ranging from $30,000 to $154,500 annually. The 25th percentile of salaries is $54,500, the 75th percentile is $100,000, and the 90th percentile is $132,000. This suggests that there may be opportunities for advancement and higher pay based on experience, location, and skill level.
Just for good measure, I'll throw this one in:
Goodwill:
According to Glassdoor, the average base salary for a Goodwill President and CEO is $175,000 per year, with a total pay range of $157,000–$293,000, including additional pay. However, Indeed reports that the average salary for a CEO/President at Goodwill in the United States is $55,365, which is 48% below the national average

Why do you think they are again wanting to replace the House Speaker? If Hakeem Jeffries gets in as speaker they will hold an impeachment hearing on Joe Biden and free him of any treason charges which is what he is committing going against the country and the voters.
Senators up for reelection in 2024
Democrats:
Baldwin, Tammy (D-WI)
Brown, Sherrod (D-OH)
Butler, Laphonza R. (D-CA)
Cantwell, Maria (D-WA)
Cardin, Benjamin L. (D-MD)
Carper, Thomas R. (D-DE)
Casey, Robert P., Jr. (D-PA)
Gillibrand, Kirsten E. (D-NY)
Heinrich, Martin (D-NM)
Hirono, Mazie K. (D-HI)
Kaine, Tim (D-VA)
Klobuchar, Amy (D-MN)
Manchin, Joe, III (D-WV)
Menendez, Robert (D-NJ)
Murphy, Christopher (D-CT)
Rosen, Jacky (D-NV)
Stabenow, Debbie (D-MI)
Tester, Jon (D-MT)
Warren, Elizabeth (D-MA)
Whitehouse, Sheldon (D-RI)
These Senators above stood with Schumer on not impeaching Mayorkas and never brought it to the floor for a trial vote. They are all just as bad if not worse than Mayorkas and Biden for failing in their duties to bring him to trial. Think of the Democrat Party as a gang of thugs who want to bully the nation into believing they want Democracy with all the election interference they have concocted since President Trump was in office and before that when they kept the media silent and lying by omission of the facts behind Joe Biden on their behalf.
...and let us not forget that Adam Schiff who was caught lying about the Russia Russia propaganda and censured by the house is now attempting to become a member of the Senate..."DO NOT VOTE FOR THIS TRAITOR ADAM SCHIFF"
https://youtu.be/cDMcXeytTMQ?si=RY5qE8kcBtuM_ZZP April 27,2024 Schiff against Garvey for the Senate race in California. Probably another lie from Adam Schiff because there were no other reports on this other than this story and no police reports. Comments were turned off?
All of those listed and the entire Democrat party are in collusion to commit open and disgusting treason.

@tiggragg2749 The Electoral College voted for this fool. Read the following excerpt: Pay attention to the last paragraph.
Who selects the electors?
Choosing each State's electors is a two-part process. First, the political parties in each State choose slates of potential electors sometime before the general election. Second, during the general election, the voters in each State select their State's electors by casting their ballots.
The first part of the process is controlled by the political parties in each State and varies from State to State. Generally, the parties either nominate slates of potential electors at their State party conventions or choose them by a vote of the party's central committee. This happens in each State for each party by whatever rules the State party and (sometimes) the national party have for the process. This first part of the process results in each Presidential candidate having their own unique slate of potential electors.
Political parties often choose individuals for the slate to recognize their service and dedication to that political party. They may be State elected officials, State party leaders, or people in the State who have a personal or political affiliation with their party's Presidential candidate. (For specific information about how slates of potential electors are chosen, contact the political parties in each State.)
The second part of the process happens during the general election. When the voters in each State cast votes for the Presidential candidate of their choice they are voting to select their State's electors. The potential electors' names may or may not appear on the ballot below the name of the Presidential candidates, depending on election procedures and ballot formats in each State.
The winning Presidential candidate's slate of potential electors is appointed as the State's electors—except in Nebraska and Maine, which have a proportional distribution of the electors. In Nebraska and Maine, the State winner receives two electors and the winner of each congressional district (who may be the same as the overall winner or a different candidate) receives one elector. This system permits Nebraska and Maine to award electors to more than one candidate.
Do electors get to vote twice for President?
Electors do not vote twice for President. When they vote in the November general election, they aren’t electors yet; they are voting for themselves to be electors. They are the only ones who actually vote for the President, which they do at the meeting of the electors (the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December).

Good man. It only takes one to make people listen. A person who speaks softly makes people strain to hear what they say. Keep saying it, and eventually, the worst government we've had in the majority will either be booted out or die from exhaustion screaming so much about what they are actually doing, which is nothing. Pointing at others like they are the problem using misdirection. We need more people like this speaker, not the Biden, Pelosi, and Democratic rhetoric that has gone on for far too long. We are tired of hearing the lies come out of their mouths. January 6...What a SHAM KANGAROO COURT that is..and everyone knows it. January 6th testimony is not a hearing, but a witch hunt. It is a waste of tax money and everyone involved should repay every dollar that they have stolen in salary out of their own pockets. Want to arrest someone, make it Pelosi because she didn't do her job to prevent most of what happened. The truth shall set you free, or get you jailed, but it will come to light sooner or later and we as Americans will not forgive or forget. I won't anyway! I hope there is no statute of limitations on treasonist behavior because I see a load of it going on.

@lordmeandor2328 I tell you what, don't complain if this passes as valid. Forgiveness by Biden does not feed the Bulldog.
The loan agreements were signed and agreed upon by those borrowing the money.
Perhaps in some twisted way, you think that this will not end up on your tax bill, and it may not be listed as such, but it will be there, should this fail to hold up against the White House.
Biden has no authority to spend taxpayer money as he sees fit. This country is not run by a Ruler, Monarch, or King that can mandate expenditures costing other people money as he sees fit.
The Federal Loan program must pay the institutions that provided the education and it should be reimbursed by those who took out the loans. Biden may want to forgive their loans but the bursar in those institutions receiving the money will not.
If this happens, the next class and the next will want it too. So why even bother with loans? Why not just give FREE COLLEGE to everyone? You can afford that, can't you? I can't, but you obviously think it will never have to get paid back. Let us all set that precedent for the courts to follow until dooms day, sounds like you endorse it. You are standing on the handle of a razor-sharp knife, and if you go in the wrong direction you will get sliced up based on the precedent that could be set in this case. I say I'll walk off that handle and go the other way. You pay and walk on that razor's edge and see what happens.
Should the "Loan Forgiveness Program", which was a campaign promise of Biden's and nothing more, be upheld as valid, and I highly doubt it will, all taxpayers will share in that expense. That makes your analogy comical at best.

Exposed: Loophole in U.S. Law Allows Illegals to Vote Without Penalty
This is the actual code mentioned here: The very last paragraph (c)(3)
18 U.S. Code § 611 - Voting by aliens
(a)It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless—
(1)the election is held partly for some other purpose;
(2)aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and
(3)voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(c)Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if—
(1)each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2)the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3)the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
(Added Pub. L. 104–208, div. C, title II, § 216(a), Sept. 30, 1996, 110 Stat. 3009–572; amended Pub. L. 106–395, title II, § 201(d)(1), Oct. 30, 2000, 114 Stat. 1635.)

Let's not commit to it, Lindsey Graham. Same old BS coming from you we have heard time and again. I'd bet you are committed to collecting that nice salary, but you are far from committing to anything else. What State are you from again, South Carolina? It is just too bad your name is not on this list of those coming up for reelection this year Nov 2024, and feel lucky because I am not in any of those States or you would be voted out by me. Tired of you RINOs.

If California were actually investigated the number one question would be, "How many actually voted for Schiff?" Didn't Governor Greasy Newsom mandate that no one could ask for a voter ID, and make it law? California has become corrupt, and Newsom wants to be POTUS the next go around. Newsom, Pelosi, and Schiff all look greasy, slimy, and untrustworthy, but with no one verifying who is voting in California Garvey probably won the election, not Schiff. They still haven't stopped replacing ballots since last November with those showing that Adam Schiff won when we all know he did not. Blame it on the California Government, not the voters, although some of them are questionable too.
