  1. Can Newsome not see where this is going? Newsom sounds like another version of Biden. Dictatorship control. Let's see how he expects to be on the campaign trail for 2024 with all he is doing to California. What residents remain that have not already left the state will have to pick up the tax slack left behind by those who leave for more reasonable legislation. No work, No residents, No taxes. It is simple when you think about it. Raising minimum wages just increases the prices of things, it doesn't solve anything except raising more tax dollars at the Point of Sale (POS). Newsome of course has the same letters (POS) that would follow his name just with a different meaning. Eventually, people will not be able to buy dinner out and then the business tax base will disappear or be absorbed by the rich who in turn will eventually run out of money too, they just don't think this out very clearly for long-term effects. The businesses will close their doors because they can't afford to stay open, and there goes another source of tax income. Legislating prices and controlling markets sounds like panic governing. Let's hope the residents of California and the rest of the country catch on to what is happening before it is too late.
