We are still paying for it because it is being guarded without being finished. Millions of dollars have already been spent I would imagine at this point in over two years of parts laying on the ground not being used, just being guarded against theft.

Accuse the Democrats of this: They have no argument that would support what is happening at the border and want to appear as if they don't see it, they can't be held accountable for what is happening. Plausible Deniability Excerpt from the Law Dictionary: Plausible deniability is defined by the dictionary. But it’s not technically a legal term defined in any legal documents. Which makes it a much looser term than it sounds. On top of that, plausible doesn’t mean trustworthy, possible, or even likely. Plausible means you could conclude that something might or might not be possible. But usually theoretically, superficially, or suspiciously. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a “reasonable” conclusion, either. In its broadest sense, the term usually points to a lack of proof. After all, innocent until proven guilty is the backbone of our legal system. So if there’s no proof, it’s plausible they could deny it.

@stromthermos1280 Wow! $5.00 worth of rope? Where did they buy that? Not from this country that's for sure! Biden has seen to that with his Build Back Better plan. So it stands to reason they bought it from the side of the border they would still be on if the wall had been completed and the Border Patrol was able to do their actual jobs of patrolling the open sections and the wall instead of processing illegals that are invited in by Biden with the intent of invasion and future voter fraud.

@mattjohnson4159 Yeah, I agree there is not enough action but I believe Jordan was trying not to lose his focus on the topic. Politicians as a whole are well-spoken, but here lately it is all spoken and they have a problem getting the message out about how it will be fixed. The media is not helping either, but at least Forbes, Fox, and a few others are making this available should people want to learn about more than sound bites supporting Biden and his agenda. I watched the entire meeting at the border the day it aired and Jordan plus a few others are just letting people know that they are trying. 2 months in the House is not long compared to the teardown made in the past two years by the Biden and Democrat goals of destruction. One last thing, I apologize for thinking you were other than Republican. So many come in here and snipe about the problems in the country not being the fault of the current administration and blaming it on President Trump and the Republican party, I just thought you were one of them. Honestly, whichever party it is I am only looking to hear the truth not a bunch of hogwash that gets nowhere. Hearing so much from people who keep blowing that same sour-noted "TRUMPet" all the time will be the first to get another earful every time. 🤝
