@MikeW165 He is working for the President, isn't he? So with President Trump being the POTUS he can have anyone he wants to work for him and Elon Musk was with him quite literally on the campaign trail too, wasn't he? So when President Trump beat your candidate of choice who was installed, Kamala Harris, he became the President with a majority of votes, didn't he? That makes whoever works directly for him under his guidance a member of his staff, doesn't it? I know that may be a lot for you to take in, but you can't disagree with any of it.
