Biden couldn't codify his own life. Does he not understand he cannot control the Supreme Court or change the Constitution? That is the purpose of having a 3 Part government. Executive, Legislative, and Judicial are the 3 parts and this administration has violated 2 of them thus far. I don't care what this idiot signs, it will be overturned because he hasn't made a good decision since he took his oath. He has violated that oath just by what he says here. He is not defending the Constitution, he is trying to alter it. Affirmation:–*"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."" The key word there being Constitution"
