In case no one noticed. Joe Biden resigned on paper. That paper had no Presidential Seal. Joe Biden had no idea he was endorsing her when he was forced out and when he was told he would then he said whatever he was told to say. He was forced out and Kamala is just being installed by the Liberal Democrat Party.
