  1. What percentage are communities of color again? I remember not long ago the banks loaning money to those "Communities of Color" and others who they knew could not afford the payments, yet they did it anyway. Look at how many banks were bailed out by Biden, and not a word of thanks from the banks to the taxpayer who funded the bailout. If you keep endorsing "DEI" as the woman here suggests, then it will happen again. Why is that such a mystery to understand? Small Banks and Large Banks should not fund those who cannot afford to pay the loans back. It is very simple.
