How hard is that to understand? I'll bet Maxine doesn't pay her own bills on time and expects someone else to take the slack because of her own incompetence. Let's Make America Great Again by getting politicians like Maxine out of any position that requires thought because she can't go beyond what she thinks as long as she gets what she wants. Logic is not her strength. Maxine wants me and other taxpayers that pay their bills on time to supplement people like her. Risk Management is the POINT MAXINE!
