  1. We only know what we are told. I guarantee you the whole truth will not be revealed until after this bill passes. I know what I've seen going on in the past few weeks does not look good for the taxpayer. It isn't so much the CHIPS that bothers me, it is the PLUS behind it. I agree with Kudlow and a few others, KILL The BILL!
