Article I, section 5 of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member." Since 1789 the Senate has expelled only 15 members.

It was Biden who was in question on the tapes. Why would he have any say in the first place? He was the one being investigated for stealing classified documents when he was a Senator, VP, and probably since he has been POTUS, but that hasn't been proven the others have. Hur gives him a slap on the hand and says it is because he is old and has a bad memory? Simply a coverup of his past 50 years of corruption. The Legislative, Judicial, and Executive branches are in equal standing according to the Constitution that Biden violates constantly, and Schiff thinks they should be consulted? Adam Schiff is a lousy "Party Favor" and if people are smart they will never favor him with another vote for any political position; he is a blatant liar by nature.
