I believe from watching this the query was only to arrive at a measure of her ability to rule without prejudice. She appears to not be able to do that when she will not answer questions directly. I say this again for this particular nominee. There are only two letters in the word NOminee she needs to memorize, and those letters would be the first two...NO! The rest of the word is as meaningless as her responses.
