  9.  @xtore204  accidents agreed.. through negligence and failure to maintain proper control of heavy vehicle.. should still be charged in court and sentenced for negligent driving leading to catastrophic loss of control leading to death of another road user! THERE MUST BE SOME FORM OF CULPABILITY BECAUSE SOMEONE DIED AS A RESULT OF THIS!
