  4. I can easily see justification for it but since the driver didn't flee the scene and called 911, well it obviously wasn't intentional and so there's no justification for the father's behavior. People aren't robots though and get emotional and anger and it's understandable that he could shoot the guy. The kid likely got in the way of the car..I mean I see this stupidness all the time. People walk along the road and take their chances with VEHICLES rather than get their shoes a little dirty on the side of the road! I'm assuming though, I have no idea about anything that transpired, like most people commenting and placing judgement.
