man if putin used a nuke on Ukraine..he'd be so f'd, he might as well nuke the U.S. first because at least that way he might have the element of surprise, no one is going to just let Russia nuke it's neighbor like that
anyway I still think this nuclear weapons talk is SILLY, look at what it took the U.S. to nuke Japan, everything was done to Japan before the nuclear option was used, it was fire-bombed to hell..incredible loss of life on par with the nukes, the Japanese were so reluctant that it took TWO nukes AND they still didn't give up until the Red Army was at their back door, I still see no reason why Russia would feel the need to use a nuke, but I can see Putin test-dropping a nuke in remote Russia so that the West could see it in HD and get the shivers
what happened in Nagasaki and Hiroshima was very sad but it was also a blessing because for the decades that followed no other nation questioned America's balls to use them again if they got out of line, dropping those nukes has kept a lot of dictators in line..and now Germany, Italy, Japan are prosperous and Russia is still in the dark ages allied with Iran and North Korea..
that being said, watch Fail Safe, amazing film
