  2. 4,000 convicts or so there, so I'm guessing you only got to see the ones who are actually trying to change and turn their lives around and safe to be around, I wonder how many illegals are in there, something around 25% of the prison population from what I hear, and 80% of crime is committed by gangs while gangs are made up of 90% illegals, so..maybe 45K dollars per inmate each year..soooo many tax dollars wasted due to this totally fucked up open border situation
