  1. Someone below said that the Hood wasn't obsolete because the Bismarck itself was taken out by a couple WW1 planes. Well that's 15 WW1 biplanes taking out the rudder on an already limping Bismarck so that FOUR warships could take it out! Bismarck was no lightweight.

  2.  @notsureyou  They said the Bismarck was limping towards France when the swordfish torpedoed and took out it's steering which rendered it a sitting duck.
