  1. Totally roided but you can't deny the talent. I don't recall ever seeing a fighter throwing hands like that, having that much power and speed and skill all wrapped in one. He's a 6ft 185-210 or so lb guy that was taking out heavyweights and super-heavyweights in less than a minute..and doing that in his teens.

  2. Don beating a BJJ champ in 1996 is so damn impressive. And you're looking at a good DOZEN fights in one year. For UFC fighters now, 3 is a lot.

  4. Taktarov was in a film called 15 minutes. Scary dude in that. Cool flick. He was the technical ground guy back then and Fry was the well rounded guy, from what I remember.

  7. you don't see heavyweights fight like that anymore..just trading punches mostly, lame, the ufc today is better for fighters but worse for fans, the early days entertainment will never be recaptured, i wish they'd at least do a game of death style tournament every year, like how tennis slams work, basically win 4 matches in a week and you win tournament, ultimate- ultimate

  8. The UFC needs more ultimate-ultimates and 3 fight tournaments and super-fights, special no round matches and no max weight matches and any weight matches. Do it just once or twice a year so it's very special. No more slap BS.
