I'd loved to have seen Gene Hackman's character from Crimson Tide replacing Tom Cruise's character here. I was in the USN and I just can't fkn stand the joke that they made Tom Cruise in this, absolutely zero military bearing, a TOTAL dirtbag. It's hard to watch his character a lot of the time. Hell if anybody needed a code red it's Kaffee. Buuuuut I guess that's what the director wanted, this impeccable full bird Colonel getting his ass handed to him by a dirtbag like the one he ordered a code red on.

why would trump even care about getting biden when biden's brain is falling apart and he's a creep? the guy is out of the race, just give it a month, probably bows out after christmas, he has dementia and bernie is having heart attacks at near 80yo, it's insane, anyway, sry to change topics, just annoys me, also did you folks see that dem congressman that said "hearsay evidence is better than direct evidence" haha what?! did you see the chair adam schiff read a version of the transcript aloud that he completely made up word for word? crazy desperate deceitful stuff, anyway the bidens and clintons and epstein's death should all be investigated

"A large majority of criminal defendants will plead guilty before they ever reach a trial. Not every single defendant who pleads guilty actually committed the crime with which they are charged. There are many reasons why someone who is innocent feels compelled to take a plea deal."

Yeah adultery..I knew a CO who broadcasted that to the entire ships crew and made him call his wife and tell her what he did.

There's some great law-type courtroom drama films like Paul Newman's "The Verdict", Travolta's "A Civil Action", Harrisson Ford's "Presumed Innocent", Susan Surrandon's "Dead Man Walking", Tommy Lee Jones' "The Client", Clooney's "Michael Clayton", James Stewart's "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington" and "Anatomy of a Murder", "JFK", and of course "Mississippi Burning with Gene Hackman and "Lincoln Lawyer" with McConaughey. Also a new show starring Billy Bob Thornton called "Goliath", is amazing.

movies always make sure to show you a broke lawyer so that you know they're the good guy, there's never a good wealthy lawyer on tv

It seems that people lie on the stand all the time and nothing happens to them..

Has a death row inamte ever lawyered up to find a certain person guilty of the murder they were incarcerated for? I know prisoners can spend a lot of time trying to prove their innocence and will occasionally get out, but how often have they proven their innocence by finding someone else guilty?

You gotta do Ricky in "the trailer park boys" where he defends himself in court.

Always annoying when both sides want to be radical about everything and so either no solution is found or only extreme solutions are somewhat enforced. Late term abortion is disgusting. We can all agree on that. We can all agree that there is no life until there's a heart beat as well I'm sure. So I don't understand why we can't come up with the logical solution here. Pregnancy isn't magic and premature babies inside your womb are their own body. Anyway, stop having sex for recreation. Nothing good ever comes of one night stands. We all need to get back to sex in committed relationships and having more respect for our bodies. Women have all the power when it comes to sex. Men only go as far as you allow them. Parents dropped the ball for the most part. We also need far easier access to Plan B and to stop being whores, both men and women. Get a hobby and stop letting your sex organs dictate your lives.

You gotta do Silicon Valley's episode where an old guy makes a living buying song lyrics just so he can sue people...I forget exactly how it went down...but it was insane

basically the good Samaritan law is just what got them into court and they'd have been found innocent of course but because they were terrible people who wronged so many in the past, karma was served and they got locked up that way this episode was before cellphone cameras that are now being used every second of the day by selfish people, multiple people, who film innocent people being victimized as they make fun of them the entire time or simply do nothing when they easily could, we need a form of the good Samaritan law now, people need to help others

Well God help us if Biden is re-elected.

Y'all should all go check out the 1989 F-14 VS MiG-23 dogfight. They've added flight simulator visuals to it. It's pretty intense.
