  7. Lost became too damn complicated (it felt like J.J. Abrams never knew what he was gonna do after season 1 but was just figuring it out as he went), plus the writers strike hurt it. That writer's strike really screwed a lot of shows up or ended them completely. It wasn't the ending I wanted but Game of Thrones takes the cake because they had it all there to end nicely (any fan could sit down and come up with a great ending within 30 minutes) and they instead decided to intentionally tank it. The ending of GOT just felt sadistic. It didn't feel like it was a mistake like you see with other finales. BSG and Sopranos get a little hate but they obviously tried to end as best they could and I thought they were pretty fitting. Dexter is another show that felt like they intentionally ended it badly to piss everyone off again. It blows my mind that they even ended that show. Man that new season was great. Haha, I've heard that because it was a hit..until that ending, that they had plans on having the son continue as the new Dexter. Really dumb when a show 100% kills off the main character. There is no chance to bring them back once you do.. I just want to give a shoutout to Vikings for ending their show well. That show was drifting a bit but they took heed to GOT and went out in style! Meanwhile The Walking Dead is itself a zombie now. Fkn hilarious what's happened to that show because they took advantage of their fans. From 17+million to less than 2million viewers now..it and Westworld should have ended long ago.

  18. Wow..I would kick those walls down if they were depriving me of nutrients. I can't imagine how a TV show can exist that deprives you of proper nutrition like that. In the U.S. we have survival shows of course, but it's different because you're free to leave at any moment and food at its purest form is there for you to hunt or forage. And there's no stimulation, no dental hygiene included either..plus those shows only last 21-100 days max. Shoot me if I ever hug a TV. He wasn't forced but some people out there still won't see the option you're giving them, they'll believe they have to do it. Man I miss that G4 network. Shandi Fennessey...wow... By the way, I just watched a 2009 show called "the colony"...I highly recommend.

I've seen films where it felt like the director was perverted or possibly sexually attracted to a child actor or at least exposing them at an unnecessary level..(like Walkabout or Blue Lagoon, Walkabout is actually a pretty great film), but this stuff is next level. I wouldn't watch it like I wouldn't watch that film "kids". Just makes me feel ill, it seems pointless, and the kids shouldn't be experiencing that stuff..even on a set where everything is supposedly acting and make-believe. I blame the director with stuff like this. It's up to the director to find work-arounds. They can use adult stand-ins, they can use animations etc. What you see is his vision..a sick vision.

  37. I want to know WHY they did jack shit this season. Writers strike, unexpected actor or writer deaths..filmed during covid..like what the hell is the reason behind this?! This is WORRYING..I mean GOT didn't have ratings this low until season 8. They skipped over possible great action scenes to show us swimming..running through a field...whining and pining.. Maybe these writers are vindictive like GOT's were when they obviously intentionally tanked GOT.
