I like how it's fighter vs fighter, not just athletes trying to get money or who couldn't make it elsewhere so think this is the next logical step, not just guys looking for fame or as soon as they get the belt they retire, these are like the old school fighters, real fighters, win or lose they come back and try again or fight whoever the fuck is up for a fight

I wonder why stipe never submitted him, hell he looked like he was planning on knocking ngannou out just to prove a point, they hit each other with a few hard shots, a lot of people fell for the hype, reminded me of the lesner vs mir 1 fight, ngannou has more potential, I just got back into watching ufc and thought stipe was polish, then he speaks and...well it says he's american haha, a little hard to understand

  11.  @dennis1802  the respect is everything, that's why i get pissed off when there's a great fight, a battle and the damn camera man doesn't show the fighters immediately after the fight or instead show some dumb highlight, we miss that encounter where they share respect or squash the beef and there's nothing worse than a fight that ends and the fighters still aren't done or one just runs off or gives a delusional statement like colby covington recently, he's a joke now, real shame

  19. he said on twitter that conor dragged him with his right hand and that caused the fall, I can't tell if it was a fall or punch that did it, but paulie at that moment was getting beaten badly and you would think if the fight continued much longer he'd definitely get ko'd, I'm not knocking paulie though because he's older, smaller, less conditioned and had some jet-lag at the time, conor was swinging away, it was ugly

  29. calm down guys, Joe apologized like right after it happened, apologized on his show and to DC and he said it's all good, sometimes it's good to interview fighters after, sometimes it helps produce another fight and make them tons more money, sometimes they all of a sudden want to tell the crowd they're retiring, Joe did what can sometimes make for great television, sometimes it pays off, Joe talks shit about the UFC all the time, about how horrible the head injuries are and how it makes the sport he loves hard to watch at times, about shitty refs and judges, he doesn't give a fuck about the job much anymore since he's already made the money, hell they keep him on probably because of how much more he might speak out if he's no longer with the UFC, he hypes the fuck out of fights but he hates seeing his friends get fucked up brains, fire him and he's off to his next adventure which involves getting high with famous people at the very least

  32. they both landed their shot, but Conor's hit first and either it was better, better placement or harder, or Conor's shot weakened Aldo's, but if Aldo landed just a fraction of a second faster then it could have changed everything, they both took a risk and got hit, who really knows what happens if they survive those shots, but Conor probably still wins it, who cares though because Aldo's record is incredible, maybe one day possibly even after they've retired they'll step in the octagon and fight like we see the old guys do from time to time, the UFC needs to do more of those hall of famer fights, maybe change the rules a bit to make them safer, they can be fun to watch, or at least nice to see because they can settle age-old disputes, or maybe I'm crazy and they just taint their image

  34. Val shoulda thrown more headkicks, could have taken her out. Obviously she should face Silva now. Valentina vs Harris one day. She needs her other belts. By the way, how amazing are her spinning backfists? She can do it all..and really causes problems when she throws in all those tools. Most female fighters are so one-dimensional.. Living legend. 25-4. Only 3 fighters have ever beaten her and she avenged 2 of those losses. And really, she won that rematch with Nunes as well.

  40. just have a panel of physicians place each fighter in the weight class according to their body type, if they want to go up in weight then that's okay but dropping down in weight, nope, all it does is make weaker more injure-prone fighters, and this last minute replacement fighter stuff needs to stop, only allow fighters with equal fight camp rime to fight each other, better to have two un-fight camp fighter face each other than one with a fight camp and one without, at the end of the day it's just a fighter who beat a fighter that wasn't in shape..which proves nothing  @Jahhh1995
