  1. for people to think that just because a guy is a cleaner/janitor or in ANY occupation or even fat or skinny or old or young that he can't lift properly or isn't strong or has no knowledge in lifting is just beyond ridiculous, take advice from people, most people mean well and if they're wrong..well they still meant well and I'm sure you can figure out what's bs and what's not..at least to some extent

  2. I don't know if I'd ever recover if a dude just grabbed my deadlift weight and tossed it in the air with one arm. I hope these ladies recover. haha, I hope nobody retired from lifting after encountering you, haha
