  44. Joe's discipline is incredible. It's in everything he does and why he's successful. Look at all the pies he has his hands in. He does all this while having a family. You can see why people come on his podcast and are intimidated or jealous as hell. He's living the life we wish we were living. So people will bring up his TRT or whatever. Well he can afford it. Try it out and see how far it gets you in life. You'll probably get laid and that's it. Joe's taken great care of his body, was smart about it even while participating in combat sports, and it's not just weight training and exercise that's kept him fit. At his age, most men's joints and everything are dogsht, even if they can bench 400. If they can, they probably can't even run or they'll never make it to 60. Joe can still blast his foot through a heavy bag or bang out 75 pushups no problem.
