  2. The real problem is rent control. Rent goes up when wags go up. The market controls prices but this is a hamsters wheel. The higher the wages the more rent can be charged. Increasing minimum wage is on a temp fix that lasts maybe 6 months to a year. By this time next year, we’ll be right back at square one.

  3. I wouldn't give reporters that much of a slide. The write articles an news pieces that maybe viewed by thousands. They got to get it right. They're like multipliers. Instead of duping one person, they can dupe every viewer.

  4. Not meant to be a mass market product. More a demonstrator. He's more an activist than a true company with a product. It's a little reckless considering the accidents the more expensive units have experienced. He's oversimplifying certain key things. Still, he's lightning in a bottle.
