For one to read, the author must be able to write and not waste the reader's time going on tangents and dribble. In this day, of self published titles, anyone can slap together a "book" and sell it on Amazon. It's the needless overwriting of filler and word salads that have term readers into researchers searching for "just the facts" and talking points of a book. How many have started a book with a good Chapter 1 only to have the book grind to a snail's pace with trivia and dry dialog? Who is willing to read an article or book put together by an AI? Times are a changing and it's time the professors take a look at what media outlets are throwing at consumers for $30 a copy.
