  10. I’ve seen this happen a number of times in fast foods mostly with drinks but not hot food. It should be a crime and charge with assault and battery. There’s also the mental trauma with the attack. How can you go back to serve customers, demanding customers, with a smile after that?

  11. Don't prank strangers. Friends is one thing but complete strangers. Not a good look... You don't know what's going on with them. They may have lost a family member or working to save the house from foreclosure... The days of Candid Camera is over...besides nothing was done directly to those people back then and they signed releases.
