  1. The report didn't mention how many years he was originally sentenced to. He may have served most of his sentence. How do you make up for 17 years? $57,000 a year isn't enough. Some prosecutor made their career sending innocent people to jail and boasting they never lose a case. You couldn't offer me a million dollars for that amount of time. His reputation is ruined and people will still believe he did it including the victim. Lottery winners get more money.
