  1. Speeding drivers, aggressive tailgating including high beams at night when others are going the speed limit. Speeders love company. Worse willfully running Stop 🛑 signs and red lights long after it turns red. Hang out at 28th and Elyria Ave to see it in action. Like the Driver's manual was tossed out the window. Having been away for 40 years in California, it's shocking what people do here that would have you in court in California. It wasn't like that in the 80s when I left.
