  1. People are routinely running STOP signs and Redlights at high speeds. Mostly those with modified cars... There's a persistent problems at W 28th and Elyria Ave (Czech Grill) with cars routinely running red lights speeding down 28th street. I've got into the habit of waiting a couple seconds after the light is green to cross on Elyria Ave.
