  2. Agrree, how can a mother handle twins and a pizza... Going into a pizza shop for pickup is usually a 1-2 minute affair. Too many trolls trying to instigate a reaction to start something.

The best answer is to leave them in the car seat. Faulting the mother in this isn't correct. You don't blame the victim for actions that happen without warning.
