Stupid people play stupid games and get stupid prizes. Maybe East Palestine will have some money from clean up to pay the court settlement for this obviously stupid mistake. Could have been just a warning but NO full take down and arrest. How is justice served? Must have been what life was like before the accident. Police shaking down people for no reason other than to send a message. Fact no one is owning up to the arrest but bail was made is enough for a law suit.
