  1. Colonizing the moon… Got to get there first…😂 NASA has limit resources and what have they got to show for ten years of development. A ton of CGI and news media briefings. A Frankenstein moon rocket that can only be launched every 2-3 years, throwing away reusable RS-25 with every launch. A subpar heat shield that NASA will “live with” by adjusting the return orbit. All NASA was tasked with was a repeat of Apollo 17 mission to place someone on the moon and return with rocks. Reverse engineering Apollo and using current technology to save weight. Prove the concept… Once done, Congress will throw money at NASA to do more. NASA simply over extended itself with little to show for the effort.
