  2. Not self defense… I’m looking at the encounter itself. Did she say freeze, police or show me your hands or was it straight to shooting him… He was in an apartment, where is he going to go? She gave no apparent option to surrender and shot him. She could have backed off into the hallway. Shooting is the last thing you do when all other options have failed. All we have is her word since the there are no witnesses…convenient.

  3. Lil Woody is likely worried that the Feds and not the State will press charges. This case is so toxic, I wouldn’t want to be any where near the court room. Judge will likely jail the janitors outside for buffing the floor too loud. Legal professionalism… not in Georgia.

  5. It's after the fact regarding sublicense. Landlords got to go through the process of eviction if they don't want him there. The took his money and he has the right to notice. There's no holding dirt for a rainy day and using it to get out of a sticky situation. Hope it's triple damaged plus penalties.

Worse, when they graduate and go out tin to the world and start companies they further reduce our liberties while making a mint. Harvard grad does Budlight wreaking a brand in weeks that took years to build. Stanford creating Google that is now dictating what we see when we search and vids we watch. Apple was partly indirectly created by Jobs hanging out at Sanford. Harvard gave use Facebook and Microsoft. Yale, well, has a murder problem with students being killed there every few years Annie Le and Suzanne Jovin come to mind. They don’t make them like they use to…🤡

  12. 7:07 Former Officer Steinke anticipated a "gunfight" at the stop yet gave a tearful statement regarding not taking a human life on her watch. I say former and not EX because these fired officers seem to find jobs in other states and departments and their record expunged or sealed. Just look at SSSniperwolf... Her mugshots out there but not the conviction or sentencing info. As a former Marine, you must always have situation awareness. There were classic RR signs and tracks and it was a wide open area and they didn't see the train headlights in the distance... Did they expect the train to stop because their blue lights were on? Steinke got a slap on the wrist with probation and no jail time. If it were anyone else the court would be looking at premeditated murder...a setup.

  13. If they want him gone they would have lead with that and not say it was the wrong unit. Eviction process has to be done with notices and court procedures which wasn't followed here. Rent was paid in full so he has at minimum that amount of time to move out. Seems like an excuse.

  16. These things never ends well. Credit Mr Beast gave his best friend every possible leeway to allow the person to be themselves while keeping the business going. But if it walks like a duck and acts like a duck… People need to look at the background why a person changes and not just the face value they are changing. Sometimes it’s to hide something and putting on “armor” will allow them to continue doing their acts.

  17. They keep bring up she did a 13 1/2 hour shift. In the Midwest a 12 hour shift is becoming the standard. I work 12 hour shifts at my job and so does SpaceX. She’s guilty for not just entry if an apartment and pointing a gun. She’s guilty of firing that weapon when there was no threat. There was no chance for surrender and arrest. It’s even a war crime to shoot surrendering enemy soldiers. You don’t automatically shoot them down because they are the enemy. That’s why I think she’s guilty of murder regardless of other facts. It’s the encounter and the officer running into someone. Shooting is the last thing you should be doing if all else fails. He’s not going anywhere. Tactical retreat to the hallway was also an option. No witnesses…it’s just her word…convenient.

  18. Oakland is predominantly Black and in Silicon Valley did not receive much benefit from the tech boom compared to San Jose and Sunnyvale. It’s an iron ore in a sea of gold. Oakland also loss the Raiders and the A’s sports team the same year. Haven’t been on the map since MC Hammer and the World Series with the A’s during the earthquake in the 80s.

  19.  @Danadams-v1s  I used to live there, so there must have been a change since I was there in the 1980s. No matter what stats say in Cencus (many didn't participate), it hadn't benefited from the Silicon Valley boom.
