Worried that the lifetime one time payment will last only as long as the servers are up. 20 years from now will it still work... Doubt it š
2
Because they want to sell money orders... Compared to people mailing cash with birthday cards in highly visible envelopes... And with card producers making money cards... It's at least some defense and it's just paper.š
2
I suspect that there will be a Federal fair housing law to close this loop hole because it's being abused for profit. A buyer puts effort into the floor plans and design of the place. They should be paid for assisting in designing of a place they won't get to move into. Their labor and time isn't FREE.
2
Supervisor that approved the papers should also be suspended. That officer shouldn't have been allowed to take personal charge of the arrest or be involved in the process other than filing the papers. Star Trek knew that... "You're too close..."š Now, the state and police are going to have to pay.
2
Wonder what prompted the police to check the tags to begin with... Was it the type of car or a combination of an expensive car and race. Correction: There was a legal firearm in the glove compartment. Of course, with that kind of vehicle.
2
This will hurt Disney and any mega corporations like Google in so many ways... Free Trial isn't FREE...
2
Likely, the plaintiffs were going to delay and make it costly for defendants and eventually settle. The money and time lost for three years. I can imagine the encounters with every launch. All trespassers will be shot or a bullhorn and skyrockets being used. Somehow, I donāt think this is the end of it.
2
Coast Guard safety inspection...š

Like Yessenia Garcia in Arizona accused of hit and run by Scottsdale police. Her car was vandalized and she call the police only to be arrested and charged with a crime. This despite video and receipt evidence they were at a nightclub the whole time. The forcibly had blood drawn and was locked up for a week before her attorney got her released on the same video evidence. Her face was plastered all over local news stations...
2
Way the world is today... Nature is even regulated and controlled much like gender.š
2
They did a legally immoral thing against the shop.
2
Dog can't smell cryptocurrency or credit cards. I only have cash on me for tips since the start of Covid. Solution looking for a problem. Outdated when we're going cashless.
2
Very odd⦠It could only help the defendants with public statements. Court is very bias as it usually are in these small town governments with backroom deals.
2
A warzone is hyperbole... Saw dust, noise and heavy equipment is a disruption. Seems the lawsuit was at a loss to the landowner. The Inn is very arrogant to do that to others property with disregard. To them, it's the cost of doing business and they don't have to pay the full amount of the settlement. After four years, it might have been getting too expensive to continue.
2
"Snitches get stitches..." Word on the street...š
2
12:23 Odd the Dish and scrabbled TV stations didn't go after the magazines for advertising an illegal product. Those that were wise would have used a fake name and some else's address to cover their tracks. Wonder how successful they were...š¤ Reminds me of Bill Gates letter to pirates of his software... Those were the days before the internet. š
2
If it fails, I'm pulling my stuff from safe deposit boxes and getting a fire resistant safe.
2
Itās what the culture wars is about in comics, video games, and movies.
2
Reminds me of the days when an offender was give option of jail time or joining the military during the draft. Judge Mathis would cut deals like going to school for reduced sentences etc. Wonder what mechanism they are using for these creative sentences.
2
The whole idea was to give this woman grief knowing there's no crime here. Also, the vagueness is to avoid a lawsuit. It's not justice but abusing one's rights under the guise of justice.
2
Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Small town cops donāt necessarily follow procedure. Just get the Store number off the receipt, BK knows who it is.
2
Similar to NY catch, frisk, and release policy.
2
This is where block chain tracking cam be useful. This is also an issue with medical devices. Likely, the parts were factory defects or worse China knockoff. How can people sleep at night if thete scam parts cause loss of life due to a plane going down.
2
Jack Daniels doesn't have a clean reputation and is associated with thugs and criminale. Most recent was Tamara McLoyd being found guilty for the murder of Cleveland Police Officer Shane Bartek. She held a bottle of Jack Daniels on social media celebrating her crime. Many others doing crimes after drinking Jack Daniels getting their nerve up...
2
I think the wife is still on the hook too because they are in a legal business together flipping houses. Iām still married to my estranged wife but we have separate finances so I have my money and she has hers. Weāre also living apart. Wonder how the court would ruleā¦š¤
2
I somehow think the nineteen-year-old wouldn't be able to assess the dangers involved and that there was a loophole calling the paying passengers mission specialists.
2
There was a time when cable was completely ad free...
2
It maybe legal but in no way does it feel it's moral or justice served. Somehow this feels cruel and unusual over a bad investment. I can see a year for contempt but ten seems extreme. And on top of that, the two year sentence wasn't simply time served. Ohio is only a few steps behind California with people not thinking through their actions. People act more like robots than thinking humans with empathy. At this point, no one is going to get their money and the multimillion dollars in fines. People have committed perjury and withholding evidence without jail time.
2
Famous Monsters magazine and Monster employment website... It's a raw deal with the colors and derivative like beasts. They need to have their trademark restricted.
2
Question about the case is who was being protected? The evidence is razor thin and to put two brothers in jail for 24 years would be devastating for a family. Too old to start a family and not having kids or grandkidsā¦š¢ Itās a life sentence not just for the brothers but the continuation of the family name.
2
A rancher in Arizona found indoctrinated on his property and shot them with a shotgun. He's now facing murder charges.
2
Drunken power on steroids... Owners of landmarks and large properties important to the community would exclude people from events and activites in the community. This is troubling...
2
That's North Korea stuff right there....š® Likely, the award was rigged and everyone knew it...
2
Corps are not individual people and who gets to chose. What if the employees donāt agree with the companyās choices for not just politicians but propositions? Itās a bad idea.
2
āGirlfriend stabbed me with my crack pipeā next on Dr Phil. š¤£

Odd that there were no futher communications other than the emoji before the deadline. I would have followed up whiich did not appear to have happened here. It's Canada law, so it's more a lesson for the US to watch out.
2
Most scammers are based in Toronto Canada targeting the Midwest states. They pretend to be bill collectors, government, or legal with a bill or fine to be paid. It's all fake. I just had issues with Northeast Collection Recovery calling about a bill for $1800 from Citi corp. I just did an audit of my credit so I knew it was fake. File complaint with Ohio AG and FTC and block the numbers. Ban Facebook Marketplace related to big ticket items and retail properties. Like Craigslist...no good will come from it.
2
In California, it's a reward for no tickets or accidents to get license renewal by mail and not deal with lines. Nevada sending forms is a bit overkill to go through physical when a clerk, that's not a medical official, will certify you with the letter and light test in 30 seconds. Nevada licensing is more like applying for a pilot's license.š
2
Trivia: Hardees and Carl's Jr are the same company but separated. Also, Carl's Jr bought out Burger Chef ( and Jeff) which is why they are no longer around. š
2
South Africa⦠New twist on someone selling you the Brooklyn Bridge. I guess everyone would be suspicious if it were Nigeriaā¦š Foreign scams are just destroying the US way of doing business and all they have to do is make a phone call or go online.
2
I remember that and it was recorded. He didnāt do a thingā¦just yard work. Qualified Immunity isnāt a license for the police to do whatever they want knowing no one canāt do anything about it. Itās not a blank checkā¦š¢ These creative charges is why people want police reforms⦠Obstructing government operations⦠This is America not China.šŗšø
2
Worse thing is police acting like robots following a program... No common sense involved.... This is why people scream for reforms with immunity.
2
Many vehicles lost their catalytic converters and also their mufflers due to theft. Are they to just leave the vehicle parked until they get the $3000 repair... What if your out and it happened... How would you get home? I don't see this lasting long.
2
8:30 I hate landlords and HOAs that treat long time residents like they just moved in last week. Shows lack of appreciation for the decades they stayed there trouble free. I would never stay at an HOA or a condo. It's borderline communism if they get out of hand.
2
I never liked those āCopsā shows. They show all these arrests live on camera and broadcasted to millions. Later in court they were either released or charged dropped⦠Not everyone who is arrested is guilty, but the internet is forever. You donāt see that.
2
They can stop the calls. My phone has become useless because of the robocalls. If it wasnāt a necessity, I wouldnāt have a phone. I lock them but they have hundreds of numbers. If China wanted to call every phone in the Nation to send a message, there has to be a way to stop that.
2
If the couple were into nude sunbathing and had a high fence up and the drone was sent specifically to their location, they might have a complaint.
2
This also happens to people on the street. A "concerned citizen" would call police on an innocent person, usually POC, just going about their day and say this at a weapon or acting suspicious forcing a police response at gun point. Nothing happens to the caller because of "See something. Say something." š
2
Chase Bank keeps popping up in the news... More than Wells Fargo...š®
2
Netflix has the unique situation of being a "mobile" platform. Dad is on the road and can watch Netflix on a tablet/laptop at a hotel as a family. He may log in to any PC to watch a show then log off to go to another location. I don't see how they can make it stick unless someone is selling the passwords online.
