  1. Pay a bill...mail a check... USPS...you have one real job...😂 It all sounds like a USPS problem. If the USPS needs to be more aggressive about theft and prosection. It's sad since we are paying higher rates yearly for reduce services.

  2. Because they want to sell money orders... Compared to people mailing cash with birthday cards in highly visible envelopes... And with card producers making money cards... It's at least some defense and it's just paper.😂
