  1. San Diego Convoy St (Kearny Mesa) had zoned to attract companies and business in the 1970s. Instead of tech companies, it attracted restaurants and strip malls to the area. It was too late for the city to change it. 2013 was the time for the SC city to stop the UHaul business. They have to live with their decision.

  2. These kind of legal moves by politicians and legal professionals is what makes people dislike legal matters. They knew it was against their constitution and the US Constitution and violated the UHaul business owners rights but did it anyways. And they knew enough to give amortization so it’s all done at little cost to the city.
