  1. I would think that if it’s a historical ridge it would be on the state’s historical landmark registry and protected. Shouldn’t the state or the Feds make the city pay to restore the bridge. It seems an abuse of powers. City needs to set the example. I would also suggest a GoFundMe to fix satisfy the debt. If the city schools or vehicles were damage by vandalism, they would make the offender pay restitution for damages.
