  1. Panera knew about the FDA safe limit and purposely made their drink just below the safe limit. This is why I think they will lose or settle. To think Charge lemonade has more caffeine than "weak" Red Bull and Monster combined is shocking. You're not going to get drunk on one bottle of Hard Lemonade so it's reasonable to think there wasn't that much caffeine in Panera drink. I can only imagine being an employee there and getting free drinks all day. Like Lehto, I run on caffeine since the 80s starting with cans of Japanese imports "Whoop A$$". Over time you develop a tolerance to it. Not for normies...
