  1. A warzone is hyperbole... Saw dust, noise and heavy equipment is a disruption. Seems the lawsuit was at a loss to the landowner. The Inn is very arrogant to do that to others property with disregard. To them, it's the cost of doing business and they don't have to pay the full amount of the settlement. After four years, it might have been getting too expensive to continue.
