  1. Pandemic policies were constantly changing. San Diego Holiday Bowl being prime example. The game was cancelled 3 hours before kick off because of a spike in cases. Nevermind, that the visiting teams, fans, and families were in San Diego for a week going to parades and parks. They couldn't wait for the game to end to set up restrictions.

  2. Listening to the Public somehow morphed into surveillance and reporting. The school board actively contacted employers to fire opponents just like a Twitter mob. I suspect more suits in the future.
