  1. Likely, the plaintiffs were going to delay and make it costly for defendants and eventually settle. The money and time lost for three years. I can imagine the encounters with every launch. All trespassers will be shot or a bullhorn and skyrockets being used. Somehow, I don’t think this is the end of it.
