  1. About time, it wasn’t a “stand your ground” case. He started the whole situation and was acting as a cop. Instead of taking a plate number or photo he escalated the situation. He has been known to threaten other patrons so it was only a matter of time. Instead of pulling his weapon and holding the person there, he fired when there was no immediate threat. Everybody is presumed innocent until proven guilty. He’s got a lot of explaining to do.
